The problem
Most people who need therapy never make it to a session.
Today over 90 million mental health Newcomers don’t know how to start therapy,
can’t find a culturally fitting specialist,
and drop off before ever attending a session.
-
They get lost choosing a therapist.
-
They self-medicate with distraction, not healing.
-
Cultural mismatch and high friction lead to drop-off.
76%
of people with emotional distress never seek professional help

For quality therapy, it is very important to select a competent expert who will be developed in all directions. We monitor both the expert's input and control behavior with clients. The psychologist's code of ethics and its observance are some of the most important aspects of a specialist's work.

We want every expert on our platform to be as helpful to you as possible, so it's important that they check in from time to time to see how well they understand your needs and can help you. To do this, we have organized regular meetings for our experts where they can discuss their work, both as a group and individually. This helps them to get better and helps us to look after you, our customers.

Project selected by experts
Hopeflow took second place in the competition among projects created by women. Representatives of investment funds gathered at Google Campus in Warsaw to choose the most promising project. The peculiarity of the competition was that all projects were led by women. Only 7 international projects made it to the final of the competition. “This motivates us for further growth and proves the importance of mental health on an international level” - Nadezhda Damkovska, CEO of Hopeflow.
